I have forgotten my password? What do I do to get it reset?

One of the best ways to get your password reset is to email our eBanking Support Department. If your email address does not include your name, please include either your name or your User ID. Another way to get your password reset is to use the "Forgot Password" link on the eBanking login page.

What if there is an account that I never look at in eBanking?

The account will remain in your eBanking unless you ask the bank to remove the account.

Password Requirements?

We no longer force a 90 day password reset. When and how frequent you change your password is your preference and should be accomplished periodically or immediately following a computer security event.

I have forgotten my User ID. How can I find out what it is?

The best way to find out your user ID is to call Security Federal at 574-722-6261 or email our eBanking Support Department. If your email address does not include your name, please include your name.
