It has come to our attention that subscribers using Safari version 13.0.4 are unable to access Bill Pay products via Single Sign-on. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari versions before 13.0.4 are not affected. Windows computers and Android devices also are not affected.
We are asking subscribers experiencing the problem to access their accounts using Chrome, Firefox or versions of Safari not updated to version 13.0.4. We will notify you when the issue is resolved, or we have more information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
